About Requisite Stays
Exceptional Stays. Thoughtfully Designed.
Welcome to Requisite Stays, where comfort meets quality and every stay is designed to feel like home.
We provide premium serviced accommodation for guests who value comfort, convenience, privacy and a high standard of hospitality. From business travellers and contractors to families, football fans and leisure guests, our properties offer a stylish and comfortable alternative to traditional hotel accommodation.
Whether you're staying for a night, a weekend, several weeks or longer, our aim is simple:
To give you a place you’ll be happy to call home while you're away.
More Than Accommodation
At Requisite Stays, we believe exceptional accommodation is about more than providing a bed for the night.
It's about creating an environment where you can unwind after a busy day, prepare a meal in your own kitchen, catch up with work, spend quality time with family or simply relax in comfort.
That's why we carefully consider the details that make a stay special — from the presentation of our properties and quality linen to comfortable furnishings, practical amenities and convenient locations.
Every element is considered with the guest experience in mind.
Comfort Without Compromise
We understand that our guests choose serviced accommodation because they want something different from a traditional hotel.
They want space, privacy and flexibility.
Our properties provide the freedom to live at your own pace, with comfortable bedrooms, welcoming living spaces and well-equipped kitchens that allow you to enjoy the conveniences of home while travelling.
Whether you're starting an early shift, returning from a day exploring the city or simply enjoying a quiet evening in, our homes are designed to give you the comfort you deserve.
Designed for the Modern Traveller
Business Travellers
A productive business trip starts with the right accommodation.
Our properties provide professionals with comfortable surroundings where they can work, relax and recharge. Reliable Wi-Fi, dedicated living space and kitchen facilities make Requisite Stays an ideal choice for business travel.
Contractors & Professionals
For professionals working away from home, accommodation can become your base for days or even weeks at a time.
We provide comfortable, practical homes that offer more space and privacy than a typical hotel, making longer stays feel considerably more like home.
Families
Space matters when travelling with family.
Our properties provide multiple bedrooms, living areas and kitchen facilities, giving families the flexibility to enjoy time together while still having their own comfortable space.
Leisure Guests
Your accommodation should be part of the experience.
Whether you're visiting for a football match, concert, city break, family occasion or weekend getaway, our properties provide a comfortable and convenient base from which to enjoy everything your destination has to offer.
The Requisite Stays Difference
Carefully Selected Properties
We select properties with our guests in mind, focusing on location, comfort, practicality and overall experience.
High Standards
We take pride in the presentation and cleanliness of our accommodation. Each property is carefully prepared before every arrival so guests can step into a fresh, welcoming environment.
Thoughtful Amenities
We provide the facilities guests need to feel comfortable, whether they're staying for one night or several weeks.
Personal Hospitality
Great hospitality doesn't have to be complicated. We believe in clear communication, professional service and being available when our guests need us.
Privacy & Independence
Your stay should feel like your own. Enjoy the freedom and privacy of your accommodation while knowing that support is available whenever required.
Your Comfort Is Our Priority
We understand that travelling can sometimes be tiring.
After a long journey, a day at work, a busy project or a day exploring a new city, having somewhere comfortable to return to makes all the difference.
That's why we aim to make every part of your stay as seamless as possible.
From the moment you book, we'll provide the information you need to prepare for your arrival. Once you arrive, you can settle in, make yourself comfortable and enjoy your stay.
And if you need us, we're here.
Locations That Make a Difference
We believe location is just as important as the accommodation itself.
Our properties are chosen with accessibility and convenience in mind, providing guests with access to local amenities, transport links, business destinations, hospitals, universities, sporting venues, attractions and city centres.
Whether you're travelling for work or pleasure, we want your accommodation to make your trip easier — not more complicated.
Our Promise
At Requisite Stays, we are committed to creating accommodation that combines the comfort of home with the standards of professional hospitality.
We continually listen to our guests, learn from their experiences and look for ways to improve.
Our promise is simple:
Clean homes. Comfortable stays. Professional service.
We want every guest to arrive with confidence, enjoy their stay and leave with a reason to come back.

At Requisite Stays, we're proud to provide that place.
Because when you're away from home, you deserve somewhere that feels like home.
